What’s in it for me? So, you’ve found your way here and had a look at some of the information on my website, all very interesting. You may have looked at some of the testimonials from one-to-one coaching clients. Perhaps you have read the feedback from one of my workshops. Good to know that it worked well for those people. What you want to know now is “What’s in it for me?” Can coaching help me if...? ¨ I want to gain clarity and focus and decide what I want in life. ü ¨ I am very successful in my business, I want to get balance back in my life. ü ¨ I want to start my own business. ü ¨ I am already running my own business but I seem to have lost the excitement and spark. ü ¨ I’ve been looking after my partner and family for years, now I want to know how to do something for me. ü ¨ I know I want to write a book, I have lots of ideas but I can’t seem to get down to it. ü ¨ I want to get fit and lose weight but I have trouble sticking to my goals. ü ¨ I am successful in my career, I have lots of material possessions, I should be happy but I feel there must be more to life. ü ¨ I’ve just been made redundant and feel as if I have lost my identity and self-esteem.
