My services One-to-one telephone life coaching Telephone coaching fits in with busy lives and can be arranged at a convenient time and place for you. If you wish, I will call you so there is no telephone call charge (landline only). Calls can also be made free of charge using Skype. Once you have decided to book your first session I will send you an exercise to help you think through what you want to get out of life coaching and to give me some background information. How much does it cost? Each coaching call costs £45 - this includes review of the exercises prepared before the session, 30 minutes one-to-one work on the telephone and a summary report with notes, exercises, suggestions for reading and information relevant to you. Also included is email support between sessions. Are you ready for coaching? Coaching is not cheap and you would not expect it to be. If the time is right it will be the best investment in yourself you have ever made. Here's a straightforward quiz to help you decide for yourself. How many sessions do I need? If you decide to continue working with me as your life coach we will agree on the best option for you and sign a contract outlining our commitments to each other, there are two options: · Book a series of sessions: six is the minimum number recommended to achieve lasting results. Sessions are every two to four weeks. 10% discount for payment in advance. · Choose an open-ended service: as many sessions as you want, at a fee of £45 per session. I will send you an invoice in advance of each session, or you can use PayPal. Concessionary rates: I have a limited number of places available at reduced rates as I know that when people would most benefit from life coaching is often when they can least afford it.
